Hi All,

A reminder that we are back at the Croydon Aths Track from from Tonight - Monday 31st july, until the end of the season. We will now train on the track for the remainder of the season on both Monday & Wednesday nights.

A big thank you to those that attended the Gym sessions over the past 6 weeks & we hope that you enjoyed the change.

Training time will be at 6pm - 7pm
