With season 2024 only around the corner and using a new admin /appointment system we urgently need you to please familiarise yourself with the attached procedures for seeing and accepting or rejecting your appointment for the round.

RELEASE TIMES FOR APPOINTMENTS (ASSIGNMENTS)


SENIORS
Seniors, Mens Vets, Reserves & U19s Field /Boundary /Goal Appointments will be released between 7pm-7.30pm each Tuesday before the round of football. (TONIGHT)


JUNIORS & WOMENS Competitions
These Field umpire appointments will be released between 7pm-7.30pm every Wednesday before the round of football. (TOMORROW NIGHT)


## If you do not receive an appointment in these release times and you are available. Please contact your coach after 7.30pm on the respective night that the appointment are being released, to get an appointment. ##


IMPORTANT
Please ensure that you react to your appointment ( Accept /Reject) promptly. It is an expectation that each umpire replies to their appointment notification within 24hrs of the appointment being released. This will help the coaches greatly to ensure that we have complete cover for all the upcoming games in the round.


Notification of Appointment
There will be 2 ways that you will be notified of your appointment for the round.

Option 1

You should receive an email notifying you of an appointment to a game. You will then log into your officials HQ account and see an alert in your officials HQ platform of your appointment.


Option 2
You didn’t receive an email alerting you of an appointment and you will need to log into your officials HQ account after the release time period and see an alert in your officials HQ platform.
